Standing Rules

Dues shall be $20 paid annually by Active, Provisional and Emeritus members. Checks are made payable to "GCFM" with “LDC” written in the memo line.

Guests may be invited to one or more meetings per year as space is available with a $10 surcharge.  

Upon completion of term of office, all Executive Board members and committee chairs shall transfer their records immediately to their successors. 

 Unless a program is canceled, there will be no refunds of program fees.

All New Business agenda items shall be submitted to the Chair prior to the Agenda distribution for all Meetings of the Council.
